It doesn't increase their average. The skills apparently increase the abilities. I don't think anyone knows now if a higher-rated player with fewer skills is better than a lower rated player with several skills. I guess it's all part of the learning process. I think I've seen a mod say that they noticed a difference whilst watching a game after adding skill points. | 25/10/2011 00:20 |
