Schools with excellent quality should able to produce players with your requested position. ie, if I want a CF then I get a CF. | 24/10/2011 21:40 |

I will just tell you that you can't ask a school to just make a player in a certain position for you. Schools create many kind of future stars and if you are lucky, you get a player you dreamed to have.......even in real life it's all about luck. I hope you understand what I was trying to say |

I am suggesting just for top top schools which cost multi millions to build. Surely if you pay that much to build one and a bomb for upkeeping of it, then you can suggest to academy who is the best IM they have. Thats how it works in real life. That IM may not be the best player out of that pool but that's what you need. | 25/10/2011 11:21 |

I think it's a bad idea. This would even more favour managers who specialize and train only one position in their junior teams and discourage people taking a more balanced approach in youth training furthermore. If anything is needed, than it should be levelling the playfield for those who try to train all positions at the same time. | 25/10/2011 20:41 |
