Yup, unless he is subbed in (he keeps the same motivation as a bench player). I would recommend playing around with your formations in tactics to find the best for the players you have. Or, if your tactics end up looking really messed up, go buy some players that balance your team out. Have fun. |

but seriously . a rf not playing well have 80 percent motivation... while a rf that is playing in cf position has a 50 percent?!!?!! seriously?!?! |
