why are defenders the only players with assists? I mean come on, really? defenders leading the stats for assists. LOL. My midfielders never score goals so give them the assists at least. I've seen one or two that would classified as assists. Even penalties gained by a player are classified as assists these days, if scored. Also a pass that a player runs onto is also a completed pass in my books, most of them are actually called "through balls" if I'm not mistaken. Really these passing stats are ridiculous. LOL, if only. My defenders passing ability is far worse than my midfielders and that's not saying much either. I haven't even seen a pass from my defencers that I would call an assist. More from my midfielders than anything else but they have 0 assists. I hope they will look at that. Football is a team sport, defenders get recoveries/tackles, maybe even clean sheets stats, attackers get goals so let the midfielders have the assists. | 24/10/2011 16:24 |
