 I was wondering if the automated offering from the system to change team position league etc. has any criteria as to when it makes the offer.

So, would it count if you are in high league position? if you have a good streak? or maybe good finances?

Also, has anyone got an offer for a lower division / position?

 I've played this game for like 4months for now, and i didn't get any offers till two weeks ago. I dominated my first season, in div7, and started well in div6 also, then i got an offer to swap positions wiht 5th div bottom team, i took accepted offer, two days later i got another offer, div6 top team, i accepted that offer aswell and for a week of playing in div 5 top, i got an offer to swap positions with div4 bottom team - which i rejected. Those offers came totally random, and without any criterias imo.
