When a user have done something wrong as per an @ and no decision has been taken, then the team is retained in the time between. It's like being behind the bars till the time judge falls the hammer. You can appeal after getting the penalty. Normally the reason of penalty given can be seen very easily and there are not much scope of decreasing. But can happen otherwise too | 24/10/2011 15:45 |
