You'll keep all your same stuff( stadium, players).... the only thing that'll change is your division ...

I think there's no money involve in the division transfer. but it will improve some income.

My suggestion;

Accept IF:
- your players are very good and easily won over team in current division.
- stadium & accessories upgraded but low of attendance.

Don't accept IF:
- your players are almost the same range of average with other team in the division but you manage to reach no.1 in board. In new division, you'll met a team with better player and good managing skills.

For my case, I once promoted in new division where a lot of team inside there are high on player's average. Result, ahh..hard to win and easy to lose..haha.. But later I've been offered to replace a team inside a division with overall team having a reasonable average. It seems fair for me. =)
