Players progression is the rate at which he will train up his attributes - for example if you train shots on goal for a CF with high progression, his "finishing" attribute may go up by 1.0. A similar CF with low progression may only go up 0.6. * Note: both of these CF's will train slightly less on that attribute as they improve so even the high progression CF may well only train 0.2 for "finishing" when the finishing attribute is up to 70 for example. So its a non-linear increase (reverse exponential). This is to ensure players dont peak to early and are still useful players at 28-30 yrs of age. (More realistic) Another Note: Managers need to get away from the overall average mindset and concentrate on which attributes they want to train for their particular formation and tactics. |
