Do coaches +80% ever come to be signed?? I have a 79% and waiting for a 89%+ to come, been checking regularly for the last week but nothing. The highest percentage ive seen is 80% Thanks |

I have just got from a 55% to a 76%.If I have the training set correctly, should I see a faster/better improvement in the stats. Im in div 7 so is a 76% coach good enough for this league.It took a good while to find a better one and when one shows up take him if you want him cos you may not find a high % again for a while.It happened me and I had to keep looking again. |

Yes - the coach % is used in the equation to calculate training. You should aim for a 80+ coach, patience is required - just keep trying. Obviously the best is a 89% coach, then you can use GB's to degree him up to 99. |

Do you always have to hit the "Recover" button to get him to work on them or will he do it automatically ? |

Yes - a higher physio will increase fitness % more, same as a better Psych will improve morale % more but both will still take 24hrs from when you click "recover" You can automate for 7 days by using GB's or you can get "Pack Manager" to do it automatically for as long as you have PM. |
