 SOME IF NOT ALL OF MY PLAYERS LOST ABOUT 3% OF THERE AVERAGE... DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT MIGHT BE THE REASON?

AND ANOTHER THING....
WHEN I GO TO VIEW OPPONENT AND I LOOK AT MY TEAM I SEE THAT THE PLAYER IN POSITION LIM IS SIGNED AS RDF

You need to use your psychologist every day to gain back morale. That's why they down.

 First, don't post in all caps. It is generally considered to be rude on the internet.

Your players average is down because their morale is down. You should use your psychologist to improve your morale and your average will come back up.

Your other question is tougher and could have a number of cause, other than the obvious that you started a RDF at your LIM spot. 		21/10/2011 15:40

 i have a psychologist and every day i'm using him....

 Yeah i'm kind new to this game too, and I notice instead off players progressing, mine have been getting worse! I too have a psychologist! What do i do? 21/10/2011 21:15

 Click on the word pschologist in the staff screen. It'll bring up a new page. Click on recover.
