How the hell did you all come about having a coach of 80-90 ability. Some even have a 90+ coach. I've been looking for a good coach since June this year. Even if i have to train my coaches they wouldn't get to that by next year. | 18/10/2011 15:37 |

98% youth coach, 95% coach  I used GB to train my youth coach 3 times and my coach once. I had to check the "hire" button a couple of times a day for a couple of weeks to find them though. Don't give up, there are a couple of 80+ out there (sometimes I just check for the heck of it...). However... with the current training, the Sr. Coach is pretty much err... k, I'll stop. |

Best way, is to get around 5 million quid and burn through them. Hire and fire. Every time you hire a coach a new one appears. Hire, fire, hire, fire. We all get the same coach list so the other option is just keep checking every 10 mins. |

That made me lose 1M just found a worst coach than I had. Just click on the "hire" button and it shows you the available coaches (and other staff members). It doesn't fire anyone for nothing and it saves you a lot of time and money. |
