I have a senior coach that is 88%, and I temp promoted a junior. His motivation is 132% and his training only increased 0.128. What gives? The position is LIM, the training was In Depth Passing. I would think that it would be higher? in fact, all my increased from training are low, like always less that 0.1. What gives?? |
