Even though this is bug, i think we can still manage the team to resolve issues. I can see how much effort managers shall think of especially for those that only had one GK in their team.

I can summarize that manager shall do this (at least to resolve the low fitness on GK);
- rotate players for balance the experience and gaining skills/stats.
- if doesn't have reserve GK, try to find one. Somehow, somewhere.
- control your team effort during games.
- always put your physiotherapist (and of course your psychologist too) to work everyday.

Just a suggestion.
