Since the new sim makes individual stats more important than the total average of the player, I think there should be an option of searching for an individual stat instead of searching players based on their total average. | 16/10/2011 06:25 |

Agreed. 100% certain this would help managers to realise that the stats are key now and not the averages. Most of this game is still setup in such a way that averages still seem to be the be all and end all which is no longer the case. +1 |

+1 you have advanced the game with new levels of detail but the tools to manage the team are trailing Much improved search features needed. let me search on specific skills/ values let me search on ranges ( ie players between 18-21 years old) let me filter out Sysbots and Newbie players |

Agreed. Options to filter out sysbots and people with less than 8000 exp is absolutely necessary. |
