That's correct, it's in the FAQ under Q: How can I increase the quality of my staff? To be honest there are only two staff that it's worth increasing this way, coach sec and youth coach. And then only do it when your coaches are around 85-89%. Find decent ones first. It's a way of getting them up to near 99% without spending your whole life looking for them. |
