You'll need to figure that out for yourself. Figure out which attributes you want to train for your players, the find the training types that best trains them. | 16/10/2011 04:39 |

For me (newbie), I assume the training shall be scheduled to suit your formation, tactic setup and individual skills. For example; Formation that suit your best players are 4-3-3 4 (LB, CDF, CDF, RB) – 3 (LIM/LM, IM/DFM/OM) – 3 (LW, CF/LF/RF, RW) From the above, just check your previous simulation and identify which players are not effective. You may choose to strengthen the good players or to balance the team. Let say your player’s performance of each game play are 35 and other players are from 20 to 25, you may choose to select training that affected the formation of the players with performance of 35 to increase their performance but others (20 to 25) will likely to remain the same. Or you may select schedule that affecting players with performance 20 to 25 to increase their performance for next game and balance the team performance. You may also use average of players as reference instead of performance. Even though I’ve read some post in the forum stating that average doesn’t affect the game (only player skills affecting matches), but as I’ve reviewed my opponent, the more performance the players get, the players also have good skills/stats (subject to correct position assigned) and average too. Performance from previous match (example); Player’s Position – (AVERAGE/PERFORMANCE) GK – (40/35) LB – (40/35) CDF – (40/25) CDF – (40/20) RB – (40/35) LIM – (40/25) RIM – (40/25) IM – (40/25) LW – (40/25) RW – (40/20) CF – (40/35) Schedule suggestion for above explanations; For a balance result try to use all training but prioritize based on your formation. Situation 1 (To strengthen the 35 performance players) Day 1 – Saves/Penalty saving/Catching high ball (selection are based on the players, watch simulation to see which style most goal conceded by you GK). Try to rotate all training for GK to avoid their skills decreased. Day 2 – Clearance Day 3 – Beating marker Day 4 – Tackling Day 5 – Shot on goal Day 6 – Sprint Day 7 – Running Situation 2 (To balance the 20 to 25 performance players with the 35 performance) Day 1 – Saves/Penalty saving/Catching high ball (selection are based on the players, watch simulation to see which style most goal conceded by you GK). Try to rotate all training for GK to avoid their skills decreased. Day 2 – Man to man marking Day 3 – In depth marking Day 4 – Clearance Day 5 – Ball control Day 6 – Running/Running with the ball Day 7 – Corner kick Note: 1. Remember that you may choose the same training twice a week if you really need any specific players to improve their skills/stats. 2. Some training also affecting others position and you may increase several players as well and saves some training slots in improving players. I guess that’s all for now. What I’ve given here just a guide based on my understanding. Hopefully “seniors” can correct me if I’m wrong to prevent mislead this game function to newbie like me and add anything that you think I've missed out.
