it was a good second half... yes liverpool dominated the game in term of ball possession and passing percentage but they also did not create many clear cut chances... a couple of good shots were saved by de gea (who is progressing enormously with every game).... liverpool were lucky with the goal (am not getting drawn into the debate whether it was a free kick or not) coz giggs moved away from the wall at the last moment (i thought he would have known better after 20 years in premier league)... as for man utd i guess they went to anfield for a draw and in the end got it... so their tactics worked... overall liverpool might have been a little disappointed with draw but then they also played with 4-5-1 formation n did not seem to go all out for a win... |
