hi guys- This probn a dumb question. However, I just need to clarify

In the training FAQ, working out the development of a player is based on an example player: 80% youth coach - 100% motivation - 80% player progression - 100% training, would result in 0.6. The say the player's progression was seen in the school the player came from. How you find out what a player's progression is anytime? Do you work it out from the result of their previous day's training result?
