R11G Username 140 msgs. Substitute	Paying heed to the suggestions from many people on this forum I have decided to play a private league so that it increases my revenue and brings experience to my players. I want to know if this will help in improving the average of my players? I have promoted some from the youth team. Will this fast-forward their growth?	14/10/2011 15:49

Well if make a player play it will help in keeping his morale n motivation high n of-course experience also, but in no way does it influence their average. More over if don't give them rest, they tend to loose stamina and ultimately perform less. If u r taking about temp. promotion it will boot motivation to 150, thus giving a small increase in avg. But it's a good way to increase your revenue	14/10/2011 19:03
