Do you agree on having youth player to be added to our team if our country do not have school at least a player per season?

There are available for the school from top country with football for youth players, does the system will add new youth players from our own country that do not have any school periodically (at least a player per season)? It seems like there will be no new player from country that don't have school except to wait new manager sells their youths. If there's threads already opened, please provide me the link.  Thanks. |

Roughly 189 countries on earth, depending on if you count Malaysia  So people could always pick a country....170,000 managers in striker roughly.... No way to generate that many players.... |
