There is a problem, i can't increase again a skill that had already risen before. Only 20% of a skill, does not allow more.. |

If it appears the + button with a Contextual message saying "You need to have 3 skills at level 1 before you can raise any to level 2.". it would be better for all new managers. Beleave. Thank you |
