I think training should be made different for all individual members in the team. For example, I should be able to train my GK differently from my CF on the same day which will be much more realistic. | 13/10/2011 09:54 |

I agree, being able to train all players specific to their needs and positions would be very helpful. One Idea that I think would work for this is to have the ability to hire assistant coaches to focus on a specific part of the team. You could then have each assistant coach work on a different training to best improve their part of the team. Another possibility is to have an option where one of the assistant coaches can focus on training a specified player or two in order to greatly improve one of those players' traits. Yeah, that's wrong. With the new system their peak won't happen till they're 30. Rajeev is wrong! Current super players will exist for at least a good 10 seasons. | 15/10/2011 00:40 |

yup, esp with the new training. IMO, players should plateau mid to late 20's and start decreasing around 30 (so they would still be near full ability at 30, but obviously not peaked...). |

There, you can train each player in an individual skill for as long as you'd like, with coaches that can lend their individual skills to the players to give them a small training boost for as long as the coach has more points in that skill than the player. It works well there, and now that the individual stats matter here, could also very easily work here. |
