This will also help in keeping the hostile clause within limits....lolz 13/10/2011 15:27

It would not help with inflation at all. 07/12/2011 19:29

Then admins will have to open a new forum just to post complains of players that got injured. This is a bad idea because this isnt real life this is a game imagine you saved money for weeks just to get that player that will really help you just to see that he gets injured for life. I know you said that it will be a small % but that % is still there as low as it may be but is there. Why lose players when you can not lose players? 07/12/2011 21:21

You guys are all on crack, there are so many teams and players that this would happen on a daily basis to someone.

This is supposed to be a fun game not a terribly frustrating one, I spend a RL year creating a player who's pretty good. He gets a career ending injury. Really, thats what you'd all like to see.

Well, as Admins are worried about inflation, they could add insurance covers for players who could suffer this fate. So clubs can insure their star players and there will be level of insurance covers depends on how much they want to pay.

Yes it should be implemented, but only if there is also a insurance feature. Teams with expensive and highly talented players tend to have insurance to safeguard themselves against such scenarios. Insurance can be calculated based on the overall value of the team or even just for individual players, so even teams in lower leagues with just couple of top performing players can insure them.

This is a very good addition to my original suggestion. Heartily approve. To make it most impactful on inflation, the insurance should be calculated as a percentage of the player's release clause.

I disagree with 'career-ending' injuries, but I do think injuries need to be changed. What ever happened to multiple week injuries? I don't know anyone who has had a player out for more than a week at a time. This has made doctors completely useless. I think returning the 2, 3, 4 and 5 week injuries (in increasing rareness) will fix this problem -more reality, but not too much frustration. 12/12/2011 04:53
