He went back to just before the friendlies. He's now broken the 8k barrier. |

And the answer might be somewhere out there but responses like yours are totally out of place mate Apologies, misunderstood the question (your coach is part of the staff) - yes, manager experience is gained by beating better placed managers in the rankings (higher experience gain) scoring plenty goals (higher experience gain) and beating lower ranking managers (small experience gain).
