I understand making the game more realistic, but what the hell? Who wants to wait a year(real year not a season) to promote a 40 average player that takes another lifetime to get up to a quality average. Sorry quality attributes. Nobody plays call of duty to sit behind a wall for days and then fight other people so why da hail are we waiting 10+ days to train someone up 1 avg pt. Oh my bad 30+ days cuz training is max 2x a week. | 10/10/2011 23:34 |

I am getting tired of saying that the training issue is being worked on and looked at. It has been said over and over, in every way possible. Training is slow, training is stupid, training is broken, training is this, training is that. It will take 50 years to fix my player. [Edit] Oh yea... It sucks [\Edit] Yes, I get it. Look at my junior squad. I have one of the best defensive junior squads in the game. All of them are better than your best junior defense. I guarantee that. I am seeing low training values too. We are hammering the message home. I even put it on the bug list as an issue to be looked at. I understand your frustration because I am experiencing it. Those juniors are my Division 1 team. I've been cultivating them for nearly 6 months. Some of the same people complaining about slow training are complaining about 50 other things. There is now a priority list set up. Visible progress is being made. Some of them were complaining that careers were too short... "why don't these players peak at 30!?" Calling something dumb is not going to fix it. It's not going to make it better. It's not going to accomplish anything. You want us to work for you, then let us work for you.... Stop dogpiling on the issue. I get the message already....I've relayed it in no uncertain terms.... 12 hours ago even!!! I said that training pace would be increased, soon, because it IS slow. We've communicated the issues in both directions. I get it. I totally get it. Got it? Edited by @rebsiot 11-10-2011 05:47 |

And OH... By the way.... Did you even bother to compare your training rates today with those of yesterday? I'm pretty sure they are larger... Maybe even doubled. That would have been 5 hours ago. My best one gained .243 overall average. so x2 per week + secondary training at say .15x2 / week .5 + .3 = .8/week 10+ points in a year, not including temp. promotion bonuses. |

And even still... You don't mention experience points, which translates to skill points....which may even have more of an impact than average in the long run. My guess is if you have panther save x5... you are going to have a spectacular GK.... even if his average is 60-65... On top of that, you can beat someone 10 points higher overall average in this sim with proper tactics. In the last sim, that wasn't possible. So, moderated training, additional skills, tactics that allow you a better chance of winning... |

thnx rebsiot, most of us are being patient and trust that everything is being done to fix some of the issues. Don't let the few frustrate ya too much . Those without the patience to wait for the little bugs to be fixed will most likely not have the patience for a simulation like this. | 11/10/2011 06:15 |

@rebsiot. Don't let it get to you. People hate change. This new system will fall into place. It's just difficult to adjust to after getting used to +2.0 trainings being normal. | 11/10/2011 08:38 |
