A couple of times now I have had a youth player who was temp. promoted and played in the senior match which was won. On their return to the junior team their motivation was only 25% rather than the 160% I would have expected. Could this be something to do with the timing of his return to the youth team being too close to the end of the senior match he is playing in? |
