Can someone explain this entire training the coaches concept to me?

a) Is it better to hire coaches with experience or train them
b) What is this "Degree" thing. How is it different from training
c) How much each training course impact a coach experience level?

Thanks

Get the best possible coach and youth coach to train your players. Better experience / percentage means they will give out better training to your players and then your players will improve faster. Good coaches are 80%+

Degree is used to train the staff to make them better at their job. To use a degree you need to give 100GB. Each degree will improve your player by 2%. Your staff will improve in experience but his salary will remain the same.
You can also do a course which will improve the staff by 1%. Course will cost you in game cash and a lot of it. For me to improve my 90% coach it will cost me $15 million . REMEMBER you can only do a total of 5 improvements of any combination you want of Degree and Course.

As a young player it is not worth improving the staff until you have cash burning a hole in your bank account. It is better just to find the best coach possible and hire and fire accordingly. Your available choices change every so often during the day, just be on the lookout. makes no sense to improve a staff member from 80 -> 85 and then fire that person for a 87 person. a lot of wasted money.

Next time go to the FAQ section and read up on it. You would be surprised at how much time and effort has gone into it. Or else use the search option.
