I'm a little confused as last season when I trained the midfield they were all going up 0.500+ but now I train them and they are 0.02 and 0.76 all their motivations are up so has my players gone down this season or what? | 08/10/2011 13:19 |

Apparently its the new training method. Which makes jrs useless. The mantra is "avg doesn't matter, look at stats". But we've no way to examine stats via search, or be able to put a price on stats. Only average. So when the new training sucks, well, it just sucks. |

Yea, it's really odd. My jr midfielders gained .6 per Ball Control last season. Not so much this season. Maybe they should take the total gained and use that instead? Like my temp promoted jr RB - .03 + .18+ .17 +.02 + .02 = .42 average gain? Ah, who knows. Good luck. |

We are trying to work through this "low training" with admin to find some common ground. They want to increase the lifespan of training so a player peaks later making it more realistic. We are all saying its too low especially for juniors and also the "fun" aspect of training is missing now. We'll get there  (when we peak at our forecast in 10 years  ) |

I (and probably others) will argue that the practical aspect of training is missing. Juniors and schools are pointless. Yay going up 5 points per season max. Yay!! I've said it before - the devs and/or owners are foolish if they think players will wait 5 ACTUAL years to see the fruits of their labor. Its foolish. I don't think we need to go back to the Org Mid of last year, but my 75+ progression players gaining .05 whilst at 105% motivation and a 91% coach is beyond stupid. |

Also my schools have full of youths waiting to promote, which I am unable to as I can't shift my junior players. Knock on effect from this training policy is nobody wants to buy juniors unless they are exceptional. | 10/10/2011 21:51 |
