True, but I think if they play they should get experience, doesn't have to be a lot, just some so you can start giving them skills ealier. Especially if you've been training them from 14 yrs old |

Yeah that's a fair point, the only thing is juniors coming from the scout these days aren't really good enough to play in first team unless you have no other options. I'm not suggesting they earn the same exp as seniors, just some so you don't start from pretty much scratch when you finally promote them even though they've been playing for 4+ years already | 09/10/2011 01:39 |
