Did anyone else have a sizeable drop in the average for all their players??? It looks like ALL of my players - seniors and juniors - just dropped their average 2-4 points on Monday night, when the new training system came out and had those issues.

I wonder if there is something that can be done to get these back up? It is definitely uncharacteristic......and I'm not sure why it happened...

I've taken a look at your squad, and don't see any sizeable drop in average. I have players whose average jumped up a sizeable amount, and then it was corrected. This happened to all squads, perhaps this is the uncharacteristic change you noticed? 05/10/2011 16:37

I have a IM with a 50 average drop to 45. A 47 LM drop to 42. And more.

Someone in the general chat thinks it's because of my morale levels. Is it true that 2 morale points = 1 point average? So if a player loses 10 morale points, then their average drops by 5 points? That is what several people in the general chat were convinced of....

That makes sense, I guess, but it is surprising. I never had morale affect the average this much (I joined middle of last season), so I'm just not sure.

ah yes, I didn't look at specific players closely enough. Morale has a HUGE effect on average. A player with morale 93 can be 4-6 points lower than the same player with morale 99. Do you have a psychologist? If not, hire one with at least 60% (3 soccer balls) and run him, your players will be back to normal in about 24-36 hours. 05/10/2011 16:42

Yeah - I actually started the psychologist yesterday (he'll be done in an hour), because I know higher morale is always good. =)

I am just surprised it makes that big a difference....I didn't know it affected it so much. Do all players lose morale on every loss? I know some players lose morale when they sit on the bench....

I had a 5-6 game winning streak, lost in the striker cup, and everyone lost lots of morale. I guess it was a tough loss for my team. Poor guys. =)

Yeah . You must be one of the lucky people who had very few losses last season. I had noticed that on a loss, morale drop was much more severe, especially if the loss resulted in a drop on the board or elimination from the cup. It does make a huge difference, more than anything else in the game. 05/10/2011 16:49
