hi Problem: I requested to loan a player who was a 18 yr old youth ready for promotion. I agreed with the other team that the loan was on the condition that I played the player in my senior team. However, the other manager did not promote the player before accepting my loan request and the player is now stuck in my juniors with no option to promote him although he is Promote ready. Both myself and loan manager want him promoted. Is there anyway of doing this, otherwise we both lose out on the deal? 1. Can the loan be recalled if both parties agree? 2. Can I somehow promote the player? 3. If this is not possible, maybe it is a situation that could be factored into the program? I.E. Ready to promote players can be promoted, or terms of loan can be re-done say once, or loan can be re-called if both parties agree (loans in real football can be recalled in some situations). 1. Can the loan be recalled if both parties agree? - no 2. Can I somehow promote the player? - no. he's not on your squad, or if you receive the loan, you can't also....  3. If this is not possible, maybe it is a situation that could be factored into the program? I.E. Ready to promote players can be promoted, or terms of loan can be re-done say once, or loan can be re-called if both parties agree (loans in real football can be recalled in some situations). moved to suggestion thread... |

Thanks for forwarding -- I totally understand the reasons for 1 & 2. 3. maybe a bit niche topic but it Is like two parties entering a contract with each other that they dont like but both cannot get out of even if they both agree to null the contract..... LOL Genuine mistake! Get me a lawyer LOL |
