What should the developers of Striker Manager invest energy in most?

I was just wondering how the manager experience point works, cause i just finished playing a match against a better ranked team than me, i won, and still i lose xp? Can an admin or someone comment? From what i've undestood, the weaker the team, the less xp you get, but isnt the ranking just to do that, to sort out better from worse? and if so, whats the point with the ranking system? I was recently offered a place in 5th division, but that also means that i have to buy accessories which i definetly can't afford let alone am willing to buy since u dont really make a profit off it (which is weird if, assuming this is somewhat of a reflection of real life, investments are suppose to pay back). i'm just saying. and i would like someone involve in the development of this game to reply please. and thank you for a sweet game!!! |
