I have completed the Send a Rose virtual gift to a friend app and sent a rose and Liked the app about an hour and a half ago to get 202 free golden balls and still did't receive themWill/when will I get my free GB's. | 04/10/2011 18:16 |

Go to the sponsorpay or "Whatevertheotheroneis" support page. You won't be able to get any help here as it's a third party site. If you've done all the things they ask of you, then both of the sites have a way to appeal. |

When you click on sponsorpay link on this site, it opens a window with the offers. Top right is the word support. They'll want evidence that you've done it. I usually take screen shots of each step. But for the one you're talking about, i'd guess that sending them a screenshot of your facebook page with the like next to the offer would probably do. Some don't work and never work, simply because the registration process is so complicated. However I have the honour of making planet49's offer of GB's go from 500, down to 20. They sent an email confirmation from a different site and didn't credit the balls. I got my 500 balls because I had a screenshot of every step and a screenshot of the confirmation email. Save those screenshots as .png files(cos they are small). It is a bit fiddly, but I've probably had about 3-4k free GB's using my method. Sponsorpay and the others are a middleman businesses and really want to award the GB's, however the sites that use them don't want to give away money. Proof is the name of the game. |
