i am trying to purchase Gb for 10 dollars.. and i have 14 bux left in my visa gift card.. and its not letting me buy why? |

yea in total i had 14.28 left. spend 5 bux now i have 7.14 ... so why cant i purchase another 500 GB .. i have enough. |

I can't tell you with absolute certainty, but a lot of credit processors won't process down to the absolute limit of the card, there are some technical reasons for this. Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge the SM folks don't process the cards themselves. You would need to contact paypal, or whatever card processor you are actually making the payment through. | 04/10/2011 00:22 |

well im using vanilla prepaid visa gift card.. if they take 7.14 off from me, they should take that much...... not any more.. |

Basically the problem is this, they set aside a certain amount to cover for secondary processing. When you make a purchase in a restaurant for instance you can leave a tip that is not included in the original processing of the card.
