I made a training table, which will be up within 24 hours. Just need to finish the formatting. I will post its link here, but with restricted access so PM me your emails for access to the spreadsheet if you're interested. I figured posting in our secret forum could possibly lead to the table being leaked out too soon  |

But I think you can just pull our emails off of the forum, if not send it to me and I can send a global announcement. |

im not worried about other people getting into the forum. im worried about one of the ninjas making the table public too soon, but if you guys are willing to take that risk...its ok with me. my only reason to do that is give you guys somewhat of an advantage before most others. | 04/10/2011 04:59 |

alright, link is up. Those who sent their emails already have access. I'll work on polishing it up a bit, making it look more user-friendly...and in about 2 weeks will update it incase @dmins make any changes. Also, since this is a 1st draft, there might be some typos, feel free to tell me if you think something is wrong. I'm not planning on keeping it a secret for too long anywas, in about 2 weeks i wouldnt mind posting it on public forum. The point is to give you guys a slight advantage in preparing your training schedules earlier than most people. I love numbers, but im an engineer  |

Do we know if the formula works the same as last season? If so, I'm happy to create a form in excel, based on the sheet that Soli put together. Namely, the formula was: [Coach %]*[Player Progression]*[Training %]*[Motivation]=%Δ |
