can someone explain to me what are the qualities that a captain should have, i mean leadership should be good, but what else ? |

yes, i have seen both, but, i have also noticed that a player with leadership quality of 40+ has a rating of 3. but a player who has leadership quality of 30+ has rating of 5. this makes me wonder if there are other things that we should be looking at. someone please explain. Thanks a lot for the replies. |
