every good player i identify and want to pay his release clause, the game tells me i can't sign. How come i have shared ip with these people from different countries or is there something else. | 01/10/2011 08:21 |

There are many restrictions for these tender, during the beginning of the new season there is Hostile clause protection. New users with less of 8000 experience points cannot pay hostile clause and cannot get a hostile clause for a player. | 01/10/2011 08:35 |
