I recently had a chance to hire a 94% youth coach, I pressed the hire button and then clicked yes, but when I looked I saw that I still had the same youth coach!!! Is this a bug or something? would have been nice to have that 94% coach!!! 30/09/2011 23:30

It's all luck that you find the right staff at the right time./

If you've got the money you can force the staff to change by burning though money hiring an firing. I spent 2m to get my 89% coach(who will be 99% with GB's ). It is luck though.

Don't forget there's no point having a good coach or youth coach unless you've got players with a green arrow. A good coach will make your old players go down in average very fast. You see a lot of managers with one young player and 17 old ones who are making their teams worse by training them at all.

A good increase in player average used to be around .3 a day, a very good one .5-.6 a day. An IM - .8 or .9 a day.

It would be fun to see retired players come back as staff, dibs for the team that he retired from. 01/10/2011 01:28
