nikhilj Username 7 msgs. Cadet	When is the optimum time to promote a youngster? What are the parameters that should be taken into mind when promoting? And, how is the average of the player decided? As in, when the player is in the school his average is around 17 but when promoted it becomes 34! Is there any way in which we can calculate such things on our own?	30/09/2011 20:35

When it remains yellow the players can still be on your junior team but when the P becomes red you need to promote him inmediatly because it will start decreasing on his features...	30/09/2011 20:49

Oh if you mean kids from school you can promote them any time but remeber that in school they dont train but the increase their age at end of season so the best thing is to promote them as soon as posile if you want them in your team ot to sell them.
