Can half my team really be totally useless?

My next match is against someone who has a average of 41, does that mean he's got a team 4x better than mine? This is insane....please educate me!

I should add, all my players are playing their right positions, they have an average of 30 something (only one player is below 30), so I'm confused.

 Look the teams assesment means the valuation that your players got from their last match it doesnt represent your actual average so dont pay much attention to that... 30/09/2011 17:58
