2. Use a key word relating to your query (like "training") in the search option of the Forum

3. Start a new thread under Doubts and Questions with your Subject and Question in clear English only please.

4. If you are still unable to find a solution - message one of the 4 moderators above, we are from around the world, so its highly likely at least one will be online.
Go to messages ----> search managers and type in the name ( @GunnerNic for example) - we will have a green light on if we are currently online and your request is urgent.

5. Users feel free to help us answer questions but please stick to the topic and try not derail threads.
