I would just like to say, that I have never in my life been involved in a such a game, where the game developers show such disrespect and arrogance towards their own players. Not even a word of appology, absolutely unbelieveable. I would like to ask weather you intend to sort out the cheating within your own ranks first or is this just now forgotten. I'll convert your text for you. "We can't fix it, we can't not let the season start because we will lose money. Oh by the way the "ban hammer" is coming from bugs we introduced cos we didn't test it properly". I don't expect a response, no one ever responds, that is unless an @ is attacked for their own behaviour. However I'd just like to say that you guys suck at customer service and I'm not confindent that anything will work. Regards One pissed off customer. |

I'd also like to point out that around 30-40% of the games I've played have been broken by bugs. If you're happy with that then I am quite frankly disgusted. | 28/09/2011 19:34 |

I'm a bit dumbstruck too as to why the season is just going to start the way it is, but I think some of the more "broke" managers will appreciate home games with good revenue. However, to start the official season with this many major bugs does not seem like a very wise idea to me. I mean, it was excusable in Beta, but for the actual season? Maybe some sort of middle ground can be worked out? Maybe a increase in loan amounts for the lower divisions (6 and 7) with low interest. And I don't back down on my suggestion for a knockout tourney at the end of the season for the top teams in each group/division either. More revenue, and more incentive to do well during the regular season. I think we all need to be ALOT more positive towards the game in general but also have to realize that if things are not working, they need to be fixed! |

It really looks like a "NO", to me. Take a look at what I said: "Friendly matches will go back to normal next week. Regarding this, we will obviously punish all the people that has abused the system, and has played hundreds of games when they were not allowed to do so ( Read game rules, number #2. Bug abusing )" It's not a matter of money, there are no major bugs on the simulator right now. And we will continue fixing the errors there might be, with the season started. |

I did read it but it seems you missed my point. I'll try to be more constructive to give you an idea of what we've been going through. While not a single word has come from the developers, some of us have been wading through page after page of problems from other users and trying to help them. The big one for a lot of players yesterday, was the bug with penalty shoot outs whereby the scores are reversed. People thought they'd won but got knocked out of the cup instead. You have a list of bugs, post them on the forums with a priority next to them. Sticky it. When you fix them, remove them from the list tell everyone you've fixed it. Communicate with your customers rather than expecting customers to work out what's going on themselves and have them trickle the information out to other customers. Oh and try some humility when things go wrong, it works wonders when dealing with with your customer base. |
