Not quite ruin, but his morale will drop by half which will be easily fixed by your psychologist. His forecast will drop by about 10-20%. The problem is this: If you want to train that player to be a superstar you want his best forecast, so early promotion is crazy. If you want to train a little then sell, you wont get many buyers as they can see he was promoted too early by looking at his history. |
