 training has been disabled till the season starts. go to the updates sub section of the forums and and read about it in the forum post by the admins 28/09/2011 04:18

 ok tnx guys for your reply... can i ask you how to recover energy... i have played friendly...3 when i can ...or 2 in this days...and energy going down to <10....i got staff physiotherapist on work every day.... it need fix too or i wrong? 28/09/2011 04:23

 go to your line-up, and on one of those red buttons, you will see the button "recover" click it, and your stamina, fitness injury will be all fixed..
but this wont be there when season starts 		28/09/2011 04:36
