You earn them at certain levels of experience... 5xp = 1 skill point 10 xp = +1 skill point... 20 xp = +1 skill point.. So at 20 experience you can take any skill to second level... 1 skill point for first ball, 2 skill points for second ball, etc... |

A player gets +1 skill point added once he gets 7 experience points. Every 7 experience points = 1 Skill point to be added towards whatever skill attribute you wish. |
