Why do we have to train as a team can't we do some individual training of players? 21/09/2011 22:08

Because then everybody would have 80+ players in a short amount of time, it's not a good idea. 21/09/2011 22:16

It seems to work out just fine in ManagerZone... they even have staff you can put on the trainging field with your players to give them boosts to whatever skill they are training in.

Since Average isn't everything anymore, i don't see why being able to focus in on specific skills on a player by player basis is such a bad idea.

It of course gets balanced out with things like Motivation, individual limits of the player, and how good the coaching staff is.

I like the idea of individual, or at least multiple trainings

However, if that were the case, I think there should be a reduction in the number of high progression players that the game generates (the new players from new teams and schools).

I think the ability to train individual players adds a level of complexity that would make the game less fun for beginners. It's already quite a bit more complex than when I joined, would be interesting to get the impressions of a few newbies who joined this season (if you're out there, reply) 22/09/2011 04:13
