Unless I missed something, but I posted into Doubts and Questions and it appears I haven't. There is no way to do a substitution without setting a formation (or tactic) ... which may or may not have changed due to other advanced tactics triggered earlier in the game. So my suggestion: Create a simple substitution interface (essentially the same as the old system) and leaving Advanced Tactics as they are. And/Or Create a Advanced Tactic\Formation and Tactic drop down items called "No Change" or something to that effect which leaves the formation and tactic as is. |

its easy.. just great ur formation .. choose advance tactics and add tactic do the same formation with some sub... its like the old one ..just 2 click more | 20/09/2011 11:56 |

Yes akleb, but what if you have a trigger to increase effort to 100% if you 1 goal down and that is in effect when your 60mins subs come on and your original formation goes back to 25% effort....not good! | 20/09/2011 12:08 |

Or if you have a trigger to go to a more attacking 424 if one goal down. You put your fresh defender on and go back to 541 with one goal down. | 20/09/2011 12:14 |

(Similar to the "Advanced Fouls" in iBasket Manager) That way, if one of your defenders gets a red card (wich happens often), you can take out one of the Forwards (for example) and put in another Defender. |
