Sorry, this have been overlooked by us... maybe translation is not that good.

Polyvalence (we may change its name) is the ability of a player to play in different positions. A player with 99 polyvalence can play even as goalkeeper without penalize his average.

Polyvalence is the degree that a player has to play in other positions properly, appart from the one he uses to play.

But I don't know what is its use here...
