I've had a thought, that would help me and maybe help all of you without access to GB's. I don't have an unlimited amount of real money, but a GB search cost me about the same as half a cup of coffee. I was thinking that I would be willing to offer the services of my scout or coaching secretary for a finders fee. The way I thought it might work is like this. For the scout, I tend to run a generic age 18 or less, 85% progression(although I'm planning to drop that to 80 to widen the results), Ave 25 or more search every 2 weeks. If there are specific players that you guys are looking for, let me know and I'll buy them and sell them to you with a 1m finders fee for normal players, 2m finders fee for GK and CF's(I promise you there aren't very many of these). I will also forecast the player for you, although my current findings seem to suggest that progression and forecast are very nearly identical, so I would be amazed if the forecast was less than around 85. If you're not quite sure what you are looking for, then I can also screenshot the search and you can tell me which player you'd like me to check out for you, I'll then screenshot the player(with the team and player name rubbed out). For the coaching secretary, you tell me the paramaters you'd like(progression/position/age etc). I'd run it once without the GB's to make sure there is something in range, then once with. I'll tell you straight away if I think you're asking for something unrealistic. E.g. age 18, progression 95%, RM, cost less than 10m. If you decide you want the player, you pay me 2m on top of the price I get the player for. You can also tell me if you want me to negotiate with the manager and risk him upping the release clause or just buy him direct. You also pay any taxes I incur. You would be limited with the coaching sec to the amount of money I have in the bank (currently 40m), unless we agree that you buy one of my crappy juniors for the 2m instead and I just tell you who the player is afterwards.
