well, I'm making $40 more per seat 6000*39(games)*40($ differential) = 9.3M You get you money back within two seasons... Just pay cash... also you can increase your PRO seats price if you have less of them to compensate for higher maintenance cost. But just for the record, I gained about 800K per game with VIP seats.
